Probably one of the best mechanics I and my family have used. We had a tried and trusted mechanic for years until he retired. We then bounced around to recommended shops, which needless to say didn't retain our business. Mark and his crew are straightforward and upfront. There has never been a "surprise problem". If there is anything that is a "surprise" they always call with the diagnosis before they proceed. To me this is how it should be, no Mickey Mouse jobs or surprise charges on your bill. Mark and his fellows are straight up good fellas.

Day before I was taking my 2010 Ford Escape for an oil change the driver's side rear window motor died and left the window in the open position. When I got to Mark's on Friday am, he said he would check around for a window motor. He called me right away and installed the motor. Also changed oil and replaced leaking rear shocks. Thanks Mark for getting the job done in one day. Dealer would have kept the truck till next week.

I took my 2004 F-150 with 200k miles in for a misfire. Mark said he would check it over with his computer. He then explained three different options. Get you back on the road (cheap). His recommendation (mid range). And he added a third option after talking with me about how long I wanted to keep the truck (expensive). Because I wanted to keep the truck another couple of years he suggested a full tuneup because it would save me $400 in the long run. Thanks Mark.
